No particular condition may prevail over these conditions of sale, except in the written reservation of ROA14, SL


The prices that appear on this Website are valid only for mainland Spain and include VAT and shipping costs. ROA14 SL, reserves the right to add, modify or delete any of the products in its catalog and website, as well as price rates, without prior notice.


To place an order through the Website www.roa-health.com, you must follow the following steps:

1. Product selection

Browse our product sections until you find what you need.
Select the references you wish to purchase, with their size and color variants if applicable, by adding them to the shopping cart.

To proceed with the order processing, confirm the cart. I will be able to review the detailed content: item reference, precise description (with the selected color), number of units and unit price of each item, as well as the total amount of the purchase.

2. Registration

The Client must register by filling in forms with true, complete and updated information, responding to the damages that may be caused by the faulty completion of the same.

If you have previously registered on the Website, you must log in indicating your email and password to identify yourself.

The Client will be solely responsible for any purchase of Products through the Website made with their user identifier and password. The placing of orders using these data by a third party, will be understood to be carried out with the authorization of said Client.

3. Billing and delivery information

The Client must provide ROA14 with the billing and shipping information for the products in the most detailed way possible.
It is the Client’s responsibility to review and keep this data up to date.
ROA14 is not responsible for possible delays and / or setbacks that the inaccuracy of this data may entail.

4. Shipping

The Customer may choose the delivery service:

  • -Standard service, delivery to the street door. Without aditional costs.

In this case, the Client must accept these General Conditions of Web Sale.
If you do not check the acceptance box, the Website will not allow you to continue with the purchase process.

5. Payment

The Client may select the payment method they wish to use between these two options:

  • Payment by card .
  • Prepaid (Income or Bank transfer).

6. Confirmation

After confirming the order, the Customer will receive an email with all the details of the order. ROA14 will process it as soon as possible, according to the payment and shipping conditions chosen.

The Client may check the status of their orders in the “My orders” section or by contacting ROA14.


The validity of the orders is 30 days. Any order that has not been paid after said period will be canceled. You will need to contact ROA14 to reactivate it.


Depending on the items ordered, orders will be processed at the factory from 24-96h.
These deadlines are indicative, not contractual. If there is any alteration to the usual term, ROA14 will inform you immediately.

In special orders or of large quantities, consult previously.


Once issued, the delivery time of the material will be from 2 days to a week, depending on the destination.
According to the transport law (LOT) deliveries are understood at the front door .
The driver is NOT obliged to enter the merchandise within the client’s facilities, even if it is at street level (commercial low, etc.)
The agency can arrange the delivery, but does NOT undertake, for obvious reasons, to deliver and / or collect at a specific time.

ROA14 SL, is not responsible for a possible delay in the delivery of the merchandise for reasons beyond the control of the company.


The term to exercise the right to return the material will be a maximum of 15 calendar days after receiving it.

Only material in perfect condition and that has not been used, altered or manipulated will be accepted.

Any return request must be communicated to ROA14, SL in writing via e-mail to: roa@roa-health.com.

ROA14 will assess the case and inform the customer of the specific conditions for the return.
The shipment of the material that is the object of the return or exchange must be made in the original or properly packed packaging (ROA14 will not be responsible for breakages caused during transport due to incorrect packaging), and accompanied by a copy of the invoice, together with the reason for the return.
Manuals, accessories or promotional gifts should also be included if applicable.

The shipping costs and risks of the return are borne by the buyer.

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the payment will be issued, if applicable, discounting the return costs, and the reconditioning of the product, which will have been previously informed.


ROA14 products have a guarantee of 3 years (two years of legal guarantee plus one of commercial guarantee).
The invoice issued by ROA14, SL will have the effect of a guarantee certificate so it must be kept.

This warranty covers all manufacturing defects.

Defects or deterioration caused by poor unpacking (eg cutting with a blade), misuse (eg blows, improper cleaning), negligence, fortuitous causes or due to natural wear of the product (in the case of upholstery), are excluded from the guarantee.

ROA14, SL is not responsible for problems caused by the improper use of its products; the instructions for use and maintenance included with the article must always be followed correctly.

In the event of using non-original parts or modifying the item, the manufacturer’s warranty will be void. In this case, both the manufacturer’s instructions and the certificate of conformity lose their validity.

The shipping costs and risks of the return are borne by the buyer.
